For indigestion

For eczema

Extra moisturising
– Mix 1 ½ teaspoons of extra virgin coconut oil with 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Apply to skin and leave on for 30 minutes; cover with bandage to prevent yellow stains on your clothing
– Rinse off and pat dry
– Apply a few times daily for 4-6 weeks

Extra soothing
– Mix 1 ½ teaspoons turmeric powder with 1 tablespoon of milk
– Apply to skin and allow to dry
– Rinse off and pat dry
– Apply a few times daily for up to 8 weeks

For acne

Research from Korea is discovering that acne sufferers are often more deficient in Vitamin D than their clear skinned counterparts. Vitamin D supplements are very common pills in every chemist but if you want a natural fix look no further than the sun. Prescribe yourself a daily dose of sunshine to clear up acne. For headaches

– Rehydrate by sipping on water
– Eat a handful of almonds; they contain salicin which is actually an ingredient in many pain pills
– Run an epsom salt bath; the magnesium in the salts has been known to settle migraines

Note: epsom salts not recommended if you are pregnant, diabetic or allergic to sulfur.
